This rural retreat chalet situated in the Snowdonia National Park is ideal for families and couples. On a small site in the picturesque and aptly named Happy Valley with fantastic mountain views, it is close to the local amenities, pubs, restaurants, seaside shops and glorious beaches, being only a 5 minute drive to Tywyn and a 10 minute drive to Aberdovey. A lovely Peaceful location and ideally situated for walking, golfing, cycling, fishing, sailing, birdwatching or just enjoying a relaxing time away. Be at one with nature observing the local wildlife including the red kites, badgers, and squirrels.
This 2 bedroomed chalet comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has a triple bunk bed with a single above a double which is best suited to a child or small adult under 80kg.
All bedding and towels are included if you have requested this at the time of booking (extra cost). The chalet is heated and double glazed throughout. The lounge has a large sofa and a dining table to seat 4. There is a large TV with free sat box and a Blu-ray Player.
There is a radio/CD player and a selection of CDs. There are books and games for all the family to enjoy and a comprehensive DVD library. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need for home cooking and appliances include a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is a functional shower room and an outside area to sit and enjoy the views. A small patio set and a table and 2 chairs are provided for use during your stay and stored in the shed at the back of the chalet. Driveway for private parking for one car and communal parking for additional cars. Site wi-fi is available but please note that due to the rural location, mobile phone signals may be intermittent but there is a payphone on site in case of emergencies. Rental Prices include all heating and electricity.
The chalet is available for weekly bookings or for short breaks and is open throughout the year other than January when the site is closed for maintenance.
